Here’s a little foodie post commemorating all the yummy things I had to eat on my birthday!!
Started the day off with an Indian breakfast dish, kandha pawa!!
Next came an orange vegan cake with an epic lotus flower sparkler candle!
Chicken lollipop – one of my favorite dishes in India!
Chili crab pasta, garlic green beans, AND AMAZING MASHED POTATOES!!
And to top it off, a SPECTACULAR dairy-free blueberry yogurt! (By SILK, if you’re wondering). This was amazing. It tasted EXACTLY like yogurt. Melanie heaven.
I really want to get back into food and book blogging, at least with photo diaries and short descriptions! So this might become a thing in 2017. WE SHALL SEE.
